Hey Travis

We've been building a ton across our 3 projects. Here's what I need from you — answer right here, hit send, I get it instantly.

How This Page Works

Type your answers in the boxes below and hit the Send button. Your answers go straight to Jerome — no extra steps, no email app opening, nothing. Just type and hit send. Takes about 5 minutes per section.

The Big One (when you have 45 min)

Open our shared Dropbox → KC Rug → Rug ID App folder → open "INSTRUCTIONS - How To Train The Rug AI". It walks you step by step through forwarding 50-100 of your old customer quote emails (ones with rug photos) to jeremybrownlee@gmail.com. Jerome handles everything from there. This is the single biggest thing that moves the AI forward.

RUG ID AI Rug Identification App
Got 5 minutes? These are mostly yes/no.
Dropbox docs for this project → KC Rug / Rug ID App /
rug-id-app-plan.html • INSTRUCTIONS - How To Train The Rug AI.html • travis-labeling-guide.html
Same (913) 738-9066 customers already text. No new number, no new app. Zapier connects the AI behind the scenes.
You've got 11+ years of rug photos. We need to pull a batch for AI training. Where are they — phone, Google Photos, hard drive, email?
We need a dedicated email for the AI to receive forwarded quote emails. We can create rugai.training@gmail.com or use something you have.
Right now your card QR goes to the homepage. Pointing it to the AI quote intake = free 24/7 lead capture.

KC RUG KC Rug Cleaning — Growth
Got 5 minutes? Quick answers that help us help you.
Dropbox docs for this project → KC Rug / KC Rug Cleaning /
kc-rug-cleaning-competitive-analysis.html
From the moment a customer contacts you to when they get a price — what are the steps? How's it different for phone vs text vs email?
Who drives? How far out do you schedule? Do you batch by area? Any pain points?
We found easy wins — your quote page has no form, blog is dead since 2021, some SEO gaps. We've got content drafted.
If yes, sharing access lets us see where traffic comes from. If not, we can set it up.

TCC The Cleaners Club — Blower Import
Got 5 minutes? Most of these are A/B/C or yes/no.
Dropbox docs for this project → KC Rug / The Cleaners Club /
tcc-business-plan.html • ted-funding-options.html (private)
Bootstrap = $1-2K, order 20 test units, prove the product. Full launch = $10K+, 100 units, ETL cert, insurance, Shopify. Ted funding makes full launch possible but isn't required.
We recommended "The Cleaners Club LLC." Just you and Jerome? Or bring in Josh/Chris from Ted?
Three options in the private doc in Dropbox → The Cleaners Club → ted-funding-options.html: (A) equity partner, (B) loan with payback, (C) self-fund.
His manufacturing connections in China could help sourcing — but we're not depending on it. No rush.
You mentioned a local KC restoration contact. Real enough to be a test buyer?
2-3 radial samples to benchmark against the Phoenix AirMax. About $400-600 total.
